| We are an all-volunteer, foster-based cocker spaniel rescue group serving Santa Barbara County in California. Our mission is finding loving homes for cocker spaniels in need. We provide medical care, spay/neuter and vaccinations for our foster dogs. We will help you select the right dog for your family and lifestyle.
  
The members of Second Chance Cocker Rescue are always available for support and advice. We are committed to helping ensure a happy, life-long relationship between dog and guardian.
